User Management & Teams

You can invite multiple people to manage a publisher account together.

Roles & Permissions Link to section

Each member of a publisher account has one of three roles:

• Owner: Full control, including transferring ownership. The owner cannot be removed from the account.
• Admin: Can manage configuration and invite or remove members.
• Viewer: Read-only. Viewers are blocked from all write operations.

Inviting a Team Member Link to section

1. Navigate to the Users section in your Publisher Dashboard.
2. Click Invite User.
3. Enter the invitee's email address. Invitees always join as Admins — there is no role selector on invite.
4. No invitation email is sent. If the invitee already has a Bidkernel account, they receive an in-app notification to accept. If they don't, the invite is applied automatically when they sign up with that email address.

Pending invitations are listed on the Users page. An Owner or Admin can revoke a pending invite before it is accepted.

Managing Access Link to section

As an Owner or Admin, you can remove a member at any time:

1. Locate the user in the Users list.
2. Click Remove and confirm.
3. The user immediately loses access to the Publisher dashboard.

Note that the publisher API token is shared across the account and is not affected by removing a member. If a removed member had access to the token, rotate it separately.

Transferring Ownership Link to section

Only the current Owner can transfer ownership to another member, using the Transfer Ownership action on the Users page. Owners cannot remove themselves; transfer ownership first.
