Bidkernel is built for collaboration. You can invite your entire AdOps team, developers, and analysts to manage configurations safely.

Roles & Permissions Link to section

Bidkernel utilizes a simplified Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system at the Publisher level:

  • Admin: Has full access. Can invite/remove other members, modify billing, change platform-level settings, and edit all configurations.
  • User: Can view and modify property configurations, ad slots, and bidders. Cannot manage team members or billing.

Inviting a Team Member Link to section

  1. Navigate to the Team section in your Publisher Dashboard.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the email address and select the appropriate Role.
  4. An invitation email will be sent containing a secure link.
  5. The invitee must click the link to join. If they don't have an account, they will be prompted to create one.

Managing Access Link to section

As an Admin, you can revoke access at any time:

  1. Locate the user in the Team list.
  2. Click the ... menu and select Remove Access.
  3. The user will instantly lose access to the Publisher dashboard and API.
